Hi there! I'm Jess, the proud owner and dog mum behind this small business. Our Chief Quality Officer, Kingsley, is a 8 years old mini dachshund / drama king who reigns supreme in my heart.
Together, we run When Dogs, a London-based brand creating fun, modern, and elevated accessories for dogs and their humans. Launched in early 2024, we focus on offering pet accessories that match the quality, design, and craftsmanship you’d expect in the human wardrobe. Our pet accessories are designed and handcrafted in-house, ensuring attention to detail, premium materials, and thoughtful embroidery.

Where We've Been:
In 2024, When Dogs popped up across London, from iconic markets to key dog events. We’ve been part of Chelsea Dog Day, Winter Woof, and Battersea Power Station with Salad Days, as well as well-known London markets, including Portobello, Spitalfields, and Leadenhall. These events have allowed us to connect with customers, gather feedback, and continuously improve our product range based on what pet lovers want.
